Much simpler today. Do the interval below, THREE times through:
Burpees + Push-up (girl style) 8, 10, 9
Reverse Pull Ups using the Dip Station (i used a broomstick suspended between two chairs) 17, 20, 20
Triple Plank Jumps (man these were hard!) 7, 7, 7
High Knees using the Dip Station ( I laid down flat between each one and then lifted my chest and knees up together. these were really hard for me) 15, 15, 12
