i caught up today, by doing sean's weighted workout, that i was supposed to do yesterday....

Set you interval timerto 12 rounds of 10/50 and complete the following 4 exercises 3 times through.
Jump Over – Go Under using the Bodyrock PinkEqualizer ( i did tuck, then duck) 25 27 30
1 x Over + 1 x Under Elevated Push-Ups, alternate legs after each 5 reps each side – using the Bodyrock Pink Equalizer (i did them on my knees, alternating a kick and a knee tuck b/t each pushup) 14 13 12
Side Plank Leg Lifts Left Side using the Bodyrock Pink Equalizer (used a chair) 31 35 38
