I've been reading alot, and they say if you're goal is to lose weight its best to eat a very small amount of fruit (and def no juice). I do want to lose weight, but there comes a point where I'd be better off eating a piece of fruit to satisfy my craving than freaking out later and falling of the deep end and eating junk. So what if it takes me a little longer to actually lose weight. I've got time!Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10976293698501585719noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4303201968430489866.post-67032552877097729962013-10-07T07:21:26.893-07:002013-10-07T07:21:26.893-07:00that really does stink about the eggs because it m...that really does stink about the eggs because it makes it hard to have variety. there are eggs in pretty much every breakfast. Maybe get lots of sausage and eat that with veggies. have you tried egg substitute?

I'm excited to make the blueberry muffins this morning. i just have to go to the store for blueberries because they didn't have them when i went to the store last. stinks, because I'm ready to eat right. now.

anyway, i was impressed by your willpower at cornbelly's too. good job! keep it up!Carriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09449129505158179549noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4303201968430489866.post-34483930157201593042013-10-07T03:50:06.072-07:002013-10-07T03:50:06.072-07:00I'm going to get some almond flour today to ma...I'm going to get some almond flour today to make some muffins for this week :) I'm sorry about your egg issue. That does make it really hard because you definitely need some variety. We have all felt that! Maybe you could just have avocado and bacon and some raw fruit instead of throwing all the fruit in the smoothie. Just to change it up. Or fruit and almonds or sunflower seed butter- just do the breakfast she suggests and omit the egg part and add something else with protein?

I do have cravings when I see other food. The grocery store is the hardest place because there are so many treats to see and want, but I never buy anything. If I am having a bad sugar craving I eat fruit and almonds for a snack and try and focus on how good that fruit is. Its not the same as a processed oreo cookie or cupcake or whatever you are craving, but it does the trick and I think as time goes on and you don't give in it will get easier (I hope!).tarynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13306159552034405859noreply@blogger.com
